Description

On 10/31/23, I received a voice mail telling me that I won 2nd place prize of 2.5 million and a Cadillac in the 100 Million dollar Golden Harvest Sweepstakes giveaway. It said that this sweepstakes was sponsored by Publishers Clearing House, Readers Digest, and Monthly State Lottery Association. It stated that Mega Millions has made all the necessary arrangements in order for me to received my prize. They said that funds are currently being held at Federal Reserve Bank of New York. The message said that Federal Law requires that all prize information be kept confidential from third party. Any questions should be directed to my account manager, and to be connected with my account manager at the Federal Reserve bank in order to claim my prize, please press......? at this point the message cuts off
