I ordered wallpaper in July 2023. When I did not receive the Wallpaper by August, I reached out. There was no response from the company via email or telephone (I have called them at least 30+ times and have never had anyone pick up or respond to voicemail). I could only get in touch with them through their customer service request on the website. When they finally responded, they told me to expect the Wallpaper in mid September. By the end of September, I have not received anything and spent 10 days trying to reach out to them again. They kept telling me they would call me back in the next day, or they need to check on their overseas office etc. etc. I finally disputed the charge with my credit card company and was able to get refunded from them. When I re-ordered the Wallpaper through a local shop, they informed me that their rep at the Wallpaper manufacturer had never received my original order from Salisbury and Manus, and that they did not have a relationship with them at all. This company is completely fraudulent and should be shut down immediately.
