After having my facebook account shut down because I was not "following" the rules, I tried to contact them, emailed 6 times and found this information: To get Facebook Help, dial "+1-844-457-1420"or "(844)-457-1420". It will help you reach out to a live Facebook agent. Besides that, you can contact the support team via email, chat, Report a problem, Meta Business Help Center, etc. I contacted them and spent about 4 hours with "Noah" from India trying to get me verified as the real me. They accessed my phone and tried to help me but it was all about my "accounts on FB" which I had all deleted a few months ago. They said there were scammers from Chicago and Alabama using my IP address and stole my fb account etc etc...I realize now that I got scammed and am usually really savvy! Noah could not get me to get me back on my fb account and hung up on me. I called again and was told I should "buy an XBox gift card' call it in and will get it refunded but it was the way to "identify" me. Good Lord!! I fell for it and feel really stupid. Called my bank, changing my password. They are scammers.
