I am the owner of a Home that Mario Garcia attempted to sell tenants that were under contract to lease with a purchase option between the tenants, myself, and Mario Garcia. When the tenants defaulted and did pay rent and did not leave the home for consecutive months, I was never reimbursed for lost rent. After notifying Mario Garcia about the delinquency and the non payments, Mario started no longer answering the phone and only responding with text messages that were cryptic, half the time being lies or not making any sense. However Mario Garcia did text me after several weeks after no return call or email, stating that his "legal counsel" advised him to pay lost rent to me, being that it was in the contract and said that he was going to "zelle" me 11700.00 to pay the rent over several transactions. Mario Garcia asked me if he sent the money would I agree to sign a release. Again all in text message, because whenever you call Mario Garcia, he either doesn't answer or hangs up on you. I replied to his text message and said that once all money was reimbursed I would sign a release. Mario at that point went silent and never answered the phone or text messages again. Two different times he said he was sending payments the day he text me. He failed to pay me any money that i am owed. I am the home owner, not the tenant. I am owed money that he is scamming and is acting like a ghost. Who owns a company that will hang up on you when you call, will not provide ANY of the service that was in the contract and says they are actively sending money that is owed and never sends it. Please help, Mario Garcia takes money that is not his and runs with it for as long as he can. Completely unethical business practice.
