on 8/4/23 I ordered some Funko POP characters from Hamija who were showing as being affiliated with Funko. On 8/7 I was informed that my package shipped. I was given a tracking number and a website to track it. On 9/5 I was told that my package was delivered, however I never received it. They agreed to ship it out again. I was given another tracking number and another site to track it from. I never got it. I was told that it was signed for, but when I asked for proof of signature, they could not provide it due to "system issues". They offered me a %60 refund, to which I refused. They then offered me a %90 refund to which I accepted. Now I have been waiting for my refund and it has never been deposited into my account. I believe they conned me so that it would go over the 60 days I have to dispute the transaction as now I cannot get my money back. i have all emails to and from them.
