This scam claims they are checking your PGE rate. They come to your door and make it seem like they are a third party to enforce PGE to give you the correct rate. THIS IS A TOTAL TRICK. THEY TRICK YOU TO CHANGE THEIR SERVICE TO THEM AND NEVER EVEN LET YOU KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING. THEY TRICK YOU INTO SIGNING A FIVE FREAKING YEAR CONTRACT!!!!!!!!! They pressure you to act very quickly and like it is all business as usual casual checking and nothing really to bat an eye at. They wait around as you get a phone call to confirm you 'know what you're doing' like that 'they are not an energy company and will not save you money' but they NEVER SAY YOU ARE SWITCHING SERVICES. Luckily I looked them up the next day after I was confused when I received an enrollment email and realized what had happened and cancelled it in time. Who knows how much money that would have been. I estimated thousands of dollars for their SCAM SERVICE. They SAY THEY ARE NOT AN ENERGY COMPANY as they TRICK YOU INTO CHANGING YOUR SERVICE TO THEIR ENERGY COMPANY. THIS IS A FRADULENT COMPANY THAT NEEDS TO BE SORCHED FROM CALIFORNIA EARTH. I CANNOT EMPHASIZE HOW FURIOUS I AM. I wouldn't have fallen for it if I hadn't received a notice from what I thought was PGE and was probably Actually Them telling me to expect PGE to check my gas rates. THEY ALSO ARE POSING AS PGE OVER VIRTUAL COMMUNICATION. I NEVER WOULD HAVE FALLEN FOR THIS IF I HADN'T RECIEVED THAT NOTICE FROM 'PGE' AND THOUGHT I HAD TO PARTICIPATE IN GIVING THEM MY RATE INFO. I THOUGHT THEY WERE A THIRD PARTY ACTING ON PGE'S BEHALF. Sorry for shouting but I am livid a company like this is allowed to exist.
