Description
I was forwarded an email thanking me for my interest in TTEC as a work from home healthcare CSR, (which I had never expressed). I was told that I had not been selected for an interview, (even though I had not filled out an application), and I was provided 3-4 different links. The first was "a job interest form". The second was an "application" link. The third was an "interview scheduling portal". The fourth and last link was to request assistance with the "application process". This person reported working with Workforce Solutions, which is a government agency.
