Description

The website has a way to contact the seller by inputting buyer info and then it's transmitted over to their email address. There were no phone numbers or addresses listed on their website. I questioned the seller as to why there were no references reflected on the website and the seller stated they were a beagle breeder and they also sell the puppies for other breeders as well. She also stated that the site belonged to her and her husband, Wilson Ayala, and assured me it was legit. Once the funds were accounted for the seller would set up the shipping of the puppy to me. The transport was set up with Diamond Express Shipping and they would contact me with the location until they were at my door. I received a call from the transporter confirming I received their email about the crate for my puppy. In checking that email, I discovered that there were two options for the proper crating of my puppy and I would have to pay for one of them in order to have my puppy shipped and upon arrival, I would be credited back the funds. The cost of the smaller crate was $1500 and the other crate was $1840. The seller never ever mentioned this to me. So, I contacted the seller about this issue via email and she gave some lame excuse that her husband was in a horrible accident and going to the hospital and would not be able to respond to me. It was then, I knew in that moment it was a scam. I was purchasing a miniature beagle puppy for an emotional support animal, in order to, help me reduce the stress and anxiety for the betterment of my life. When I learned I had been scammed, I was very devastated. The payment was made by Walmart Gift Cards $350 on two different cards, totaling $700. I contacted and reported the incident but unfortunately, they would not replace the funds. So, now I do not have a puppy and have lost the money I have saved to get the puppy in the first place.
