Clothing vendor offers Rewards Program. I was talked into it by a very vague salesperson when I placed my order over phone. I was sent a packet to claim free shipping (I paid $19.99) and free returns ($21 as told by agent). I used their claim form. First excuse they couldn't read return form (it was their form), then they needed my order (I had to call their order dept and request. I was sent cc of order form and I emailed it to them per their instruction); then I was told I never sent it. I have completed my request in their packet, sent cc of order and placed several calls. I keep getting switched and no one can give me a definitive answer. I have requested help from their customer service rep and she no longer replies to my emails. I feel I was scammed by their Rewards Program in that everyone has been so vague with me. I have canceled my membership with this program in the allotted time period. I double checked with their rewards person that I would still receive my reward from my order even after I canceled in time...or I would have been charged for membership. I want my reward! They charge exorbant shipping and then get you with their Reward Program. Bait and switch if you ask me.
