Shein's app has two games currently. To win you have to invite people to use the app. I invited multiple people and they all were new or existing users but had to give their information to the app. When it came down to it, I got no credit for those new users and was not awarded the money (wallet credits) they promised. They are running this scam to get people's information and not paying out what they promised in the rules. I tried contacting in app support, and they ended the chat and then were "busy" and weren't taking any new support claims. I then contacted them through facebook and have received the run around for nearly 2 weeks. I will include screenshots of the games and all of the people I tried to get to join the game to win and then the chats on Facebook that went absolutely nowhere.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE A VICTIM
If you are a victim of an online shopping scam, the FBI recommends taking the following actions:

• Report the activity to the online payment service used for the financial transaction.
• Contact your financial institution immediately upon discovering any fraudulent or suspicious activity and direct them to stop or reverse the transactions.
• Ask your financial institution to contact the corresponding financial institution where the fraudulent or suspicious transfer was sent.
