I ordered three large shirts, and when I received them the measurements were extremely off, The sleeves being 2 inches longer and the overall length being around an inch and a half shorter then reported per the measurements on their site. When I reached out to them, I was told that I was responsible for returning them, and that since they were so far away it would like cost more then the shirts. There return policy is that they will provide a full refund if it was their error (which it obviously was) including the shipping. They continued to send me email asking if I would take 20% (then 30%) off instead a full refund, but I declined, sense the fit was so awkward. Eventually they said I could get a refund if paid for the return shipping cost which they guessed to be around $10. I accepted this, but they replied that I would also have to pay for cost of the initial shipping as well. So, now I would end up losing close to $20 because they had sent me the wrong sized shirts. I had been going back and forth with them for almost two weeks by then and decided the best way forward was to dispute the charges with my bank instead.
