I ordered 2 pair of sandals that turned out to be the wrong size. I was able to contact them to say I needed to exchange for a smaller size. They replied yes, I could do that but have not responded in the last 2 weeks as to how to go about that. In hindsight, I read reviews of this sight and most people don't even get there item(s). Their stories are like mine - no response when contacting . I am sure that I am out the 69.00 I spent, since the sandals are too big. Definitely a lessoned learned, but maybe I can help stop others from being taken.
