I was locked out of my Zell account and I googled Zelle customer service. The website that pulled up was https://prodiamdpackrs.com but all I saw was the highlighted blue link that said Zelle 24/7 customer service. They posed as Zelle representative and said that I was locked out of my Zelle account due to unauthorized charges of Bitcoin and they could help me reverse them. They applied an app called Any Desk Server . They were able to get into my phone, have full access of my cell phone, change security settings, get into Apps, get into bank accounts, move money, transfer money and buy Bitcoin purchases with my money.
