Description
I ordered 1 pillow from Derila, a company based in Lithuania, for $54. But when the invoice was sent to my email, it said I ordered 4 pillows for $144. I immediately called to tell them the error and they said they would set up a "ticket'' and would respond within 24 to 48 hours. I got a response quite quickly and "Beverly" told me that "sadly'' they would not be able to "modify" the order. She then offered me free gifts which I did not take. This company has a refund policy but I have discovered from a Facebook group called Derila scam that when you try to send something back, they make you return it to Lithuania even thought it ships from New York. Other people have had the same experience I had with ordering 1 pillow and being told they ordered 4 and being charged for 4. My bank says I have to wait for 15 days- that's VISA's policy- to let them do the right thing. After that time, my bank will launch a charge-back dispute. People who got the product say the pillow is very small and not good at all. It's a scam. Disgusting.
