I ordered True Form Keto ACV Gummies. On the website from Facebook it said I would be charged $39.97 for 1 bottle. They charged me for $199 for three bottles and I also had a charge of 59.99 for a cleanse which I did NOT order and I don't even know what that is. After seeing the charges I immediately called to cancel my order and they refused and sent the items anyway. I called immediately upon receipt and they gave me a return authorization # and would credit upon receipt. I tracked the order; it was received on 4/28/2023. I called and they said it was not received and hung up on me. I also tried calling the number again and it just rings and rings. This company is a scam. How can I get my money back? I have now emailed them 3 times to find out out to return the items as I am not keeping them and won't be charged for products I didn't buy. The have ignored all of my correspondence.
