Description
Libiyi (aka Sursell merchant on my credit card transaction) so-call orthotic shoes are a scam! Their website is ripping buyers off with these cheap horrible made shoes with no support for the feet! Then when the customer wants a refund they try scamming the buyer in to paying shipping fee to return the shoes to a china address. Libiyi original charge the customer $10 only for the shoes to be shipped when they were first purchased! Charged me $44.99 + $10.99 shipping= $55.98 but only wanted to refund me back $10! I just now found out they do have a company in NY. They told me i would have to return the shoes to a overseas address so they only offered refunding $10 back to me. Kept all the emails for proof of their scam!
