Description
We found a puppy we wanted to buy on the website of maltipoos ranch and when we went to buy it, we paid half the money upfront. The day we were supposed to receive the puppy, the seller didn't let us know that we were supposed to pay an extra $950 to have the puppy delivered. This amount was not agreed upon beforehand and was forced as the seller said that if we didn't pay the money in a short amount of time, the puppy wouldn't be delivered.
