Ordered a suitcase for 39.99 and took over a month to receive a very cheap ring. When reaching out to the company through their “support email” the responses were very generic, specifying that they were escalating the situation and were telling me my package was on the way and never indicated a ring. Then when the ring was received they said it was a “gift” and my actual package was still in “process”. It is a bogus company and they are liars. I have reversed the charge and gotten a new card but this company should be shut down there seem to be numerous videos and allegations of fraud. They are also using a return address that is linked to an Amazon fulfillment center which is marked as “temporarily closed” on google. Please act quickly this is a very strategic scam that needs to be shut down.
