Description
Placed online order on February 6, 2023. Noticed the tracking was coming from china, received it 3 weeks later as it literally had to go through customs. The items were wrong so I emailed them per the email address provided on their website. Haven’t heard anything and it’s been over a week. I received an automated response via email when I contacted them. Scam? I called the phone number provided on their website, it’s a NY area code with the voicemail full. Strange? Screenshots provided of the information I’m seeing:
