Ordered the trial of Smile Gloss from a website. After the initial order, other offers came up which I declined all except one - toothpaste. I only received the toothpaste from Smile Gloss, and when I called they said it was just a reservation for a subscription, which doesn't make sense. Then from that order page, a book club subscription was charged to my card, and an ID Core Protection subscription was charged to my card. I got these subscriptions halted by calling the numbers on the card charge, but the ID core did not give a credit. The book club did. After reading another report on this site, I called the Smile Gloss company back and told them they had already been reported, and I wanted a refund of the trial that I didn't receive and the shipping they charged. She refunded the $1.95 and half of the shipping which should show up within 3 days. Through all of this mess, it was recommended by my card carrier to cancel the card and get a new one, which is very time consuming because I have direct payments using that card. My recommendation is to not use this company website at all! It is full of scams and they share your information!
