On 1/7/2023, I purchased Bliss Skin Tag Remover, 5 bottles for $59.99. I agreed to the terms and conditions before payment which enrolled me in a free membership program. On the same date, I was charged $199.88. I was charged the same amount again on 2/7/2023. On my credit card statement, these $199.88 amounts are listed as : BUYBLISS8886210456 8449787467 FL. When I reported the number 8449787467 to a fraud site, numerous people had complained that their credit cards were charged the same amount ($199.88) under this number for all sorts of different products; some people also had their HSA cards charged. The number listed by the BUYBLISS (888-621-0456) is the phone number listed on the official website and in the initial terms and services listed on the home page. When I went to purchase the product, the phone number provided for customer service was (888) 541-2259. When I called this number, a person named Jayse (employee ID 416) answered the call. When I asked for his last name, he told me he could not give it to me. When I asked him about the above charges, he could not explain to me what it was for. He refused to refund me this money, and when I asked to speak to his manager, he refused to re-direct me, stating that he had the same information that said manager would have. He also said he could not assist me because I disputed the charge with my bank. When I told him I was completely unsatisfied with the product and it was within 60 days, as stated on the purchase page, he said he could not refund the initial cost of $59.99 either.
