Description

My laptop was notified that my windows has been disabled and I had to call the ********* ******* line to get it disabled. He made gave me his badge number/phone number and name. Told me to Run and install ultraviewer.net and run cmb to get a report and history of IP addresses. Asked if I had credit card numbers with 6, 5, 4, 3 and how many I had. Asked to give bank phone number to call back and put on high alert for fraudulent activity. While I was on the phone, he called the bank but the person who picked up so called back didn't have the correct welcome message. So I hung up.
