Contact Phone: 1-877-671-1027 Notice Date: 01/27/2023 Record ID: SHPS5725128 Respond By: 02/13/2023 Direct quote from notice: "This letter is to inform you that the property's home warranty at ..................., secured by your current lender, may be expiring or many have already expired. Our records indicate that you have not contacted us yet to get your Home Warranty up to date. Please call IMMEDIATELY as this will be our FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY YOU: 1-877-671-1027 Please respond by: 2/13/2023 Operating Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am - 7:00pm CST Saturday & Sunday 9:00am - 2:00pm CST Also included: Registration Fee Voucher for amount of $ 199.00 Signature required for redemption
