Description
I purchased a mini backpack from Stromord in October. The company name that showed up on my credit card was Kartdress. Stromord sent me what I thought was an order confirmation email that included a tracking number. The order was then delivered to Alaska. I tried calling the number on the website to find out it wasn't a working number. I disputed the transaction with my credit card company the moment it was delivered to Alaska and I found out the phone number on their website didn't even work. The credit card company settled in the scam company's favor. This scam company Kartdress provided a fake invoice to my credit card company that included an address for an apartment complex in Denver and a phone number for a gentleman out of Oregon, even though Kartdress website says Texas and Stromord says Michigan. They also were able to provide a tracking number that originated in Arkansas for something that was never delivered to my house. I have looked for anything and everything this tracking number could be attached to and came up empty. I looked through every credit card/bank statement and every order that was delivered around that time.
