Cozycove was advertising on Facebook a paw shaped dog bed for half the price. I Dec 14th I went into their website and ordered one and paid extra for priority mail. Since then the email had been nothing but lies, stalling all with the goal of keeping You waiting until your credit card pays them. I got emails saying package was delayed, then I got emails saying package was sent but couldn’t get a tracking number. After finally getting a tracking number On Jan 4th UPS tells me my package was delivered but not to me but to someone else and that the package came from Amazon not cozycove. I requested a refund to cozycove but they claim all through emails again that they already sent me a replacement this time by FEDEX. On Jan 16th FEDEX emails me my package was delivered again but to wrong address and this Time the sender is bed bath and beyond. I went onto cozycove Facebook and I see all these people complaining about same thing where is their dog bed, give me back my money. I immediately called my credit card company cancelled the charge and blocked cozycove. I has to be a scam it takes at least 5-6 weeks for credit cards to pay merchants so cozycove keeps scam going until then
