I ordered merchandise on 12/5/22 online using PayPal account. I waited for info regarding shipping of merchandise and sent several emails for tracking number and tracking number said label made but was waiting on merchandise from 12/6/2022-12/30. I finally received merchandise on 1/3/23 and the merchandise is looks nothing like picture or poor attempt to look like picture with super cheap material. I sent email to them saying I want a refund and here is the response. “ Hello, please take a picture of the product you received and send the picture to us. If we do ship you the wrong product, wrong color or wrong sizes, then we will re-ship you the correct one immediately. If the item is correct but just you dont like it, we consider that the return of goods is a bit uneconomical because it is clearly stated in our refund policy that we cannot provide return labels, so we can directly refund you $10 as compensation and then you can keep all your items. You can also directly return your items for a refund.
