Description

The advertisement was for bracelets for young girls. I got a confimation number and never received the product. When I went to track my order the site did not offer that anywhere. When I clicked on contact customer service it was in all chinese. So, no product and no recourse. I have my credit card on it but they should be banned. The same company scammed me for a sweater for $53.98. The site said it was a US company with guarenteed delivery. A month latery nother. The company website was called Vala Nio and it ends up being the same company on my credit card statement. So in totally I am out $87.95 from the same company unknowingly even after closely examining their return policies. On the CC statement the company is Online groery store New HK HKG and the other is Clothing Shop HK HKG. So the main source if this scam is HK HKG.
