Description
Website sold reborn dolls, I purchased for daughters for Christmas. Used debit for online purchase, no additional money has been removed. Dolls were shipped from China, arrived in beat up box, very poor quality, and one was not the correct doll ordered. No contact number or customer service number on website. Contacted customer support via the email listed on website and sent images of wrong item. They replied that it was the correct item and offered 10% refund. I resent email explaining how it was wrong item, they replied with an offer of 20% refund. I resent email requesting full refund and have not heard back. Dolls are made of cheap plastic and do not resemble quality of dolls in images one doll is completely different than the one ordered. I assume now the images are stolen and the website and company selling “reborn” dolls are a scam.
