Description
Order accepted payment taken product was never shipped. When I called customer service they kept saying they were direct the problem to their shipping department. I called three different times and got the same response. Shipping label was created but product was never shipped. Every time I called they just said they would contact their shipping department who would contact me within a day. No one ever contacted me. I called three times and got the same response and when I threatened them with BBB they assured me my product was on the way. Yet it is not. I've canceled the order with them and I'm hoping for a refund but I do not know if that will happen
