BUYER BEWARE! I responded to a "sponsored post" on Facebook from a company called "PREPARED HERO" and placed an order with them for their fire blankets. The website looked very legitimate and the reviews looked good. I charged my order on a credit card back on 9/3/22 and soon after received a confirmation e-mail stating that my order would be sent out in 3-8 days. It's now been 8 WEEKS and I still don't have the order. I've tried calling the phone number from the advertisement twice and just get a recording that says they'll call me back in two business days. They don't call. So, then, I called the Sheridan, Wyoming Chamber of Commerce to inquire about the business and the address that was listed in the ad. They told me that address is listed to THOUSANDS of LLC businesses -- some of which are not located in the U.S. I did contact my credit card company and they have filed a fraud complaint against this business and have temporarily refunded my money until the company can prove they have fulfilled my order.
