SCAM! BEWARE!! DISGUSTING HUMANS! I found them on thumbtack and they were supposed to move me out on 7/1 from 11-3p. At 10:00a the owner contacted me and stated she needed to reschedule which put me in a bind as my lease was up on 7/2. I had already paid her $800 for the move so I made accommodations with the leasing office to extend until 7/5 which was her next available day she had. On 7/4 I confirmed I would see her on 7/5 at 8:00a. She confirmed! The morning of 7/5 her company never showed and my number was blocked. When I went on thumbtack to contact her, her account was deleted. I reported her to thumbtack and my bank as fraud with 0 luck. I used Zelle which has 0 protection on your money because it is considered cash. Thumbtack reached out to her and she told them she refunded my money which is a complete lie. My money was not refunded! I am not only out $800 but I’m out additional thousands because of the lease extension and having to hire another company last minute. They deserve a negative star. Honestly they don’t deserve to even have a company and I will be looking into getting a lawyer.
