After joining an online trade/stock community via Discord I was contacted by a user BTheStory. #1971 impersonating the server admin BTheStory #8505. After some discussion, the imposter referred me to an investment management/broker known as PigyTrade. I asked for second opinions, researched, even asked crypto.com app staff if it was legitimate and they stated there doesn't seem to be any red flags. At the time, I thought I was speaking to the admin and youtuber Alex B. (BTheStory #8505) and was being offered an investment opportunity. I proceeded to opening an account then desposited funds. It took me awhile to realize that the person I was talking to was not the server admin to which I notified the person he or she was impersonating. Upon requesting for withdrawal the company refused to give me information regarding my transaction and stopped replying all together. Eventually deleted my account entirely costing me thousands in investment capital. They are most definitely a fraudulent business and I am assuming the imposter is associated with the company itself.
