This company is a scam, they do not have a phone number or a return address to send the item back. The only way to communicatee is thru email and they never answer the many questions that I have asked. They say their company is in England but ships from their "after sale department in China". The wig does not have any packing slip or return form in the packaging and no label in the wig, it is not what is pictured, colored or described. Very poor quality product states it is Remy human hair, I don't believe it is. The reviews on the wig show as all 5 stars which makes me think they are also made up. The UK address on the website states "this is not a returning address" but they will not give you a return address or a phone number for their company. In email response they say you need to return to China and it will be very high almost $50 and ask if you will accept. Reviews state it's $50 plus additional custom charges. The web site does not work properly, I believe purposely, when you try and fill out a return form, it errors out, also when you try to pay with credit card it won't take it, but they send an email that ends up going thru PayPal and charges your credit card. I have asked them a few times via mail, what their phone number is, why there wasn't any paperwork with the wig and why the web site does not work, they never answer the questions. I should of done my research before I bought from them. Now that I have done some research there are many complaints on this company. In my research it states there is another company called "Kims Wigs" which is legitimate, that is being mixed up with this China company "Kim Wigs" The worse part is like so many I bought this wig because I lost my hair due to Chemo and they are targeting so many of us that are going thru difficult times that don't need this on top of it all.
