I've heard a lot recently about the Hyaluron Pen and was interested to find out more about it. I started my search on Instagram watching videos and reading up on this product. I came across @luxebeautyandbodyco page on Instagram and was amazed at the results these people were getting. So I went to their website (luxebeautyandbodyco.com) and started browsing. The reviews appeared to present this site as a legitimate website to buy products from so I bought the Hyaluron Pen Training Course online w/ the Kit included. My total was $331.15 which was considerably cheap compared to others sites I was looking at with different companies. I figured id give it a shot considering they had a 15 day return policy that was also on their website. After my purchase on Feb.22, 2021 I instantly received an confirmation email from LuxeGlamourLounge ([email protected]). I was confused because I thought i just ordered from Luxe Beauty & Body Co. I also received an email from Luxe Beauty & Body Academy whose email was [email protected]. After this email which looked like a scam email, i started to believe I had made a bad choice. I sent the Luxe Beauty and Body co an email as to why I was emailed a certificate on completion of the course I has purchased and why my order was coming from Luxe Glamour Lounge and if the two were affiliated. I got a response from an automated robot. That some one would get back to me. Sure enough they didn't. I logged into my course and the material was literally cosmetology 101. NOTHING AT ALL ABOUT THE HYALURON PEN. i was very upset because I paid all this money for stuff i went to actual school to learn. So I emailed them I would like a refund. Now i was getting close to 15 days and i knew that was there policy. I emailed them over 7 times in 2 weeks. reached out on Facebook and Instagram and STILL 1 month later no response. I went on Facebook and started reading reviews and thats why i found out the company and or person just robbed me of my money. I added a review which was very similar to the other people who have had issues. I tried to comment on their Instagram since they never read my message and they blocked commenting. I then called and no number was out of service. I went on Yelp and the reviews were terrible EXCEPT the same few people who were promoting this. Those people also only have commented on the "Luxe" page not any other listing on yelp. Ironic huh? Those same people were the ones that were posting amazing this on Instagram and Facebook the same people different names and different pictures. I googled the address since i live in NJ and they are Located in CA and the google map brought me to a red roof Inn. So I was scammed out of money out of time and fear those people have my card info. I contacted my bank and they are issuing a refund and cancelled my card. they put my account on hold for 60 days so see if anything will try to process in case they use other names to withdraw automatically. Now they have removed all Facebook reviews.
