Description
I had a prescription filled with this company in January and I canceled my subscription after that so I wouldn’t be charged again. This said it would be billed quarterly, nothing since January and then all of a sudden it’s September and I get an email from a dr that my prescription has been approved and sent to the pharmacy. I reached out right away emailing and messaging the portal. Today the 16th I get a message that they can’t do anything as the medication has already shipped when yesterday I checked UPS and it said label created, no product received. I have all screenshots. This company stole my money!!
