I purchased a parasite cleanse product from Holior after following a link from Facebook. At the time of purchase, I did not see a clear and prominent disclosure that I was enrolling in a subscription that would automatically renew and result in monthly charges. I have since discovered that Holior has continued withdrawing money from my account each month. I have attempted to contact the company to cancel the subscription and resolve the charges. Their customer service information is difficult to locate, and the phone number is buried in the fine print rather than being readily accessible. I have called the numbers provided, but the calls have not resulted in meaningful assistance. The phone system indicates that I am next in the queue, then says no one is available to take the call and directs me to leave a message. Before I can successfully leave a message, the call disconnects. I have also sent emails to customer service. Their automated response states that they will respond within 24–48 hours, but I have been waiting weeks without receiving a response or resolution. In addition, Holior advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee. I attempted to obtain a refund under that guarantee, but the company has not honoured it or provided a meaningful response to my request. I am now concerned about the continued withdrawals from my bank account and the difficulty of cancelling the subscription. I have also seen numerous other customers commenting on Facebook about similar experiences, including being unable to cancel subscriptions, being charged repeatedly, and not receiving responses from customer service.
