Description
I had just gotten off a royal Caribbean Alaskan trip on Friday, September 11. I just pulled up Royal Caribbean in my search and clicked the phone number they answered Royal Caribbean I was calling regarding my points I received during my cruise that had not been credited yet they asked me for my crown and anchor number then they said they knew why my points weren't added yet because my date of birth was incorrect and I asked how could that be so I gave them my date of birth then they said they have to do a soft pool I didn't know what that was they asked for the credit card that I paid for my prior cruise with I gave them that they sent me a code to my phone I gave them that now my bank account has been charged $2184.65 I responded by saying I did not authorize this charge they hung up on me. So I found the real royal Caribbean phone number and called in the rep said we will never ask you for your credit card that's when I realize this was a scam and I had been taken
