We ordered pants from Manzaset after seeing them advertised on a playstore game app. They arrived after 4-6 weeks but were many inches too small both in waist and leg length. Additionally, they had zero tags identifying size, material or laundering instructions. We contacted customer support who insisted they had sent the correct size. We then sent them photos demonstrating that the size was clearly incorrect. Then they said we could have a full refund only if we paid for return shipping to Vietnam. If we declined to return to Vietnam at our expense, they would give us 20% refund. We have asked for the small refund, but doubt we'll see it.
