This is a bait and switch scam. They show a pretty cool product, in this case they stole an image from a kickstarter for Tickey (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/enilinx/ticket-refresh-it-new-clip-it-on-carry-your-moment) and used it on their website. (It is gone now, however the image is on my original receipt). I contacted their only support channel... an email to [email protected]. I asked why I have a 1.5" x2 " plastic dongle instead of a 3.7" e-paper color tag. They started their response like this: "Your order number is **********774. Products include 3.7" Color E-Paper Smart Display – Always-On Portable Photo & Daily Memo Tag; Order placed on 2026-***********. This is merely the title of the product you ordered and does not represent all the products or attributes you actually ordered." We have gone back a forth, like other complaints, they offered a $12 refund but because of shipping, I would have to pay to ship it back. Photos are of the product I thought I was buying and the product that arrived.
