Description
I ordered merchandise from Turning Point USA last September. It took 4 months to receive my order. When we finally received the items we ordered we no longer needed them because, again, it took so long to get our ordered items. We promptly requested a refund for our unused merchandise. Again , it took forever to get a response. Now that we finally have a response, they are declining our request because it wasn’t made in the allotted time frame. What? What can be done to resolve this?
