He really likes to offer a "deal" that he claims is a package that includes regular detailing packages over a set period of time. If you buy a ceramic coating (for instance) he will wax the car so it looks shiny and charge you for a ceramic coating. Or he will take hundreds/thousands of dollars for a "package" and then never let you make an appointment. He then doesnt pay his employees with the money he takes in. If you ask for a refund, he will either give you a fake check, or text you a fake venmo screenshot claiming that to be payment.
