Description
Delta Airlines identified me as sitting at 32A, when I reserved seats 32B and 32C. On 9/3/2026 I called the customer service number and got Sam Williams of Nexus Travel Agencies, who identified himself as being able to move my seat to the one I reserved, 32B. He said I had to pay $278.00 to change the seat and to take myself off "stand by", which I shouldn't have been on. Called Delta today (9/12/2026) because it still showed me in seat 32A. Tried calling Nexus Travel again and the phone number was discontinued. Called the number Sam gave me and it was discontinued.
