Description
First there was an investment opportunity of 100 to become a VIP member, this would give an individual early and discounted booking rights while construction was being completed. I then received an email that they are now taking reservations, so in January 15th i booked a stay for November 16th as an anniversary gift. I recently received an email saying "due to unforeseen circumstances they cant fulfill my request" they gave options for refund, which i provided, and then no response, no refund, nothing! I paid 1408.25 which accounted for the stay and a couples massage. I have all the records of the transactions and emails related to this reservation.
