Description
Received a letter from an undisclosed business claiming my vehicle's warranty is expiring and saying that my loan requires a warranty. I know this is a scam because the vehicle is owned outright and was only signed over to me a few weeks ago, and there are small grammatical errors throughout the letter, along with the urgency of the notice and a lack of sender information for credibility. I privately called the number and an AI assistant answered and claimed to be from "Fedex Protect."
