Description

Emma from Bank of America told me that someone from NY was opening an online credit card. She gave me the last 4 of my ssn. She asked if I wanted them to cancel this credit card, unfortunately i said "yes." She gave me a confirmation number and said she would transfer me to experian so they could "keep an eye on my account." Once i was transferred, I asked for verification that this was actually Experian. The response was rude and aggressive so I hung up. Beware, this is a brief description. A very well thought out scam.
