I ordered Maggie's bus travel bags and tote bags, total of 5. I knew something was wrong when I received an immediate text message from someone about the order saying it would ship soon and offered a discount if I wanted to add more items to the order before it shipped. I quickly figured it was AI, not a person, as they kept asking questions about my purchase like was it a gift, for who, etc. and this went on into the late hours, early morning, strange. Then, I waited for shipping information, never got anything after a week. Their phone numbers don't work and the email they provide is AI generated response too. I contacted my bank and disputed the two transactions and can only hope I get my money back. I'm very upset that this happened and that platforms these scammers use, like Google newsfeed and Shopify, don't stop them first. Do not buy anything from Craft Folk, it's a scam.
