Description
The item was advertised as something it clearly was not. This was not a case of buyer’s remorse. The product description made specific claims that proved to be untrue once the item was received. Despite the item being falsely marketed, the seller was unwilling to accept the return without charging additional fees and requiring me to pay for return shipping. I should not be responsible for these costs when the item I received did not match the claims made in the product listing.
