Description
Ordered on May 14, 2026. Used one bottle only. Product didn't work. Requested a refund (as it was stated 60 day 100% money back guarantee) Contacted June 26, 2026 by phone and was told to email "[email protected]" and received no response. Contacted again on July 2, 2026 by phone and was told to again email "[email protected]" and received no response. Contacted again on July 4, 2026 by phone and was told to give the agent a few days to look into it but never got back to me. On July 6, 2026 I received an email from [email protected] which I am attaching. The offer was 35% back of original money spent which I agreed to. Contacted them again by email August 6, 2026 asking where refund was and have not heard anything.
