Description
Purchased product from Simpletics. Made a 'one time purchase'. All of a sudden the company placed me on a monthly subscription plan with a required to 2 payments to cancel. Also, states can cancel online, but no method via their website cancel. Very shady business practices and getting away with scamming people. After a google search, this is not an isolated incident but appears to be normal business practice with this company. Have screenshots, however website only allowing one upload. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
