I attempted to purchase shoes from Olive and Evy but was charged twice the advertised price. When I contacted the company for assistance, they offered to refund only the $9.99 priority shipping charge. I never received an order number, confirmation, or shipping/tracking information. After contacting my credit card company, I learned that there had been three attempted charges of $98.99 from the company over the past three days, with one charge successfully going through. I strongly recommend not purchasing from this website. Check the company and website with the BBB before making any online purchase, especially if the offer seems too good to be true.
